FMCG CHANNEL ARCHITECTURE
Built GT, MT, QComm, and D2C distribution simultaneously under one integrated sales strategy.
Scaling a Traditional Food Brand Across FMCG Distribution and QSR Expansion
A profitable, family-owned traditional sweets and food brand — well established in its home market
— decided to scale beyond its existing geography in an accelerated, structured manner. To enable
this, a new arm's-length company was incorporated as the exclusive licensee for operating the brand
outside its core cities. This new entity would run two parallel business units — an FMCG distribution
SBU and a QSR outlet SBU. INTIN was brought in as a co-owner and operating partner across both
mandates — on a Build-Operate-Transfer model.
INTIN structured the mandate into two dedicated SBUs — FMCG distribution scaling and QSR outlet
expansion — each with its own commercial model and execution roadmap, running simultaneously.
Built GT, MT, QComm, and D2C distribution simultaneously under one integrated sales strategy.
End-to-end setup of new QSR outlets — location, fit-out, staffing, and operational launch.
